After-Workout Coffee Shake

I love to workout in the morning. I think it helps me stay productive throughout the day and helps me choose better options for my meals that day. Overall I feel better and I know if I didn’t do it before my school and work, it would never get done. 

I always end with an after-workout shake and I am not the one to really just drink the protein powder and water. I always wondered how I can make it fun and different! I saw a Tik Tok on how people would go to the worst corporation to deem to exist; Starbucks, to get espresso to mix with a Premier Protein Shake. I personally do not support this cooperation for many reasons, but that’s a discussion for later. 

THUS- My own coffee protein shake AT HOME!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Orgain Protein Powder- Any flavor (Or you can use whatever you have)
  • Cold Brew- Store bought or I use a French press to make my own cold brew
  • Oat milk- any milk you desire will do

HOW TO MAKE IT:

  1. Pour about 8 oz of cold brew into a glass
  2. Add your scoops of protein powder
  3. Whisk those ingredients together
  4. Add some oat milk 
  5. Add ice
  6. Then ENJOY
