First and for most I make my grocery lists the day I am going to the store. I take inventory of what I already have and throw away any gross old food. I then ensure I have enough bags and Pyrex’s to put away my fresh produce and groceries.
I separate my list into; produce, protein, etc.

- Lemons
- Limes
- Zucchini
- Spaghetti Squash
- Broccolini
- Red Pepper
- Green Onions
- Brussel Sprouts
- Kale Mix
- Avocados
- Berries
- Grapes
Protein
- Eggs
- Salmon
Etc.
- Sourdough Bread
- Cookie Butter
