Hollandaise Sauce

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt 
  • Pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT:

  1. Separate the 4 egg yolks and add to the food processor (or blender).
  2. Melt the ½ cup of butter.
  3. Add the seasonings and lemon juice.
  4. Add the butter.
  5. Blend together!
