Let’s season your patties!
I love burgers. Any kind; beef, veggie, or turkey. Anything between a bun and tastes just like In N Out then SIGN ME UP! ALTHOUGH, we all do not have the luxury of eating out all the time or gracing the presence of In N Out.
So let’s bring take out to our kitchen! The major concept to understand and battle is if you want it, then have it. Take this with a grain of salt, or if you’re anything like me then SEASON IT BABY!
The key to any good burger whatever form, is the seasonings!
Ingredients:
- Ground Turkey (I use 4 oz)
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- 21 Seasoning Salute
- Onion Salt
- Salt
- Pepper
- Coconut Aminos
- Worchsheire
How to make it:
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients in one bowl.
- Form patty into about .5 in thick and about the circumference of the burger bun you are going to use (Spread out a little bit more than the bun because it will shrink when cooking)
- Heat up a medium-sized pan with some oil.
- Add patty to pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Assemble with all the burger goodies; red onion, lettuce, tomato, and some secret burger sauce!
