The Juiciest & Phattest Turkey Burger

Let’s season your patties!

I love burgers. Any kind; beef, veggie, or turkey. Anything between a bun and tastes just like In N Out then SIGN ME UP! ALTHOUGH, we all do not have the luxury of eating out all the time or gracing the presence of In N Out.

So let’s bring take out to our kitchen! The major concept to understand and battle is if you want it, then have it. Take this with a grain of salt, or if you’re anything like me then SEASON IT BABY!

The key to any good burger whatever form, is the seasonings!

Ingredients:

  1. Ground Turkey (I use 4 oz)
  2. Garlic Powder
  3. Onion Powder
  4. 21 Seasoning Salute
  5. Onion Salt
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. Coconut Aminos
  9. Worchsheire

How to make it:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients in one bowl.
  2. Form patty into about .5 in thick and about the circumference of the burger bun you are going to use (Spread out a little bit more than the bun because it will shrink when cooking)
  3. Heat up a medium-sized pan with some oil.
  4. Add patty to pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes each side.
  5. Assemble with all the burger goodies; red onion, lettuce, tomato, and some secret burger sauce!
