WHAT YOU NEED:
- 4 oz salmon fillet
- ⅓ cup of jasmine rice
- Brussel Sprouts
- Mushrooms
- Spinach
- Green onion
- TJ’s Spicey Peanut Dressing
- Sriracha
HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Season the salmon and add the sauce.
- Place the salmon into an air fryer for 15 minutes at 380° (same for the oven).
- Cut up the veggies.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer for 10 minutes
- Sautee the mushrooms in salt & pepper on a medium heat pan.
- Microwave rice according to instructions.
- Assemble bowl with a bed of spinach.
- Add the rice and mushrooms.
- Add the filet and the Brussel sprouts.
- Top with green onions and sriracha
