WHAT YOU NEED:
- 4 oz salmon fillet
- Zucchini
- Grape Tomatoes
- The sauce
- Garlic
- Seasonings
HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Firstly, season the salmon with olive oil and seasonings.
- Place the salmon into the air fryer on 380° for 12 minutes.
- In the mean time, cut about 4 oz of zucchini. Quarter them.
- Chop and mince the garlic.
- In a medium heat pan, add the zucchini, garlic, and tomatoes.
- Cook until the tomatoes are reduced in size and the zucchini is golden brown.
- Add the veggies to a half moon bowl.
- Place the fillet ontop of the veggies.
- Drizzle with some sauce and there you go!
