WHAT YOU NEED:
- Butter Lettuce
- Ground Turkey Meat (I use about 4 oz)
- Mushrooms
- Green Onion
- Spinach
- Canned Water Chestnuts
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Cilantro
- Yellow Onion
- Olive Oil
SAUCE:
- Coconut Aminos
- Sriracha
- Cilantro
Seasonings:
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- 21 Seasoning Salute
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Chop up all mushrooms, green onion, garlic, ginger, water chestnuts, yellow onion, cilantro, and spinach
- Mix seasonings and turkey meat in a bowl.
- Heat up a medium sized pan on medium heat and add yellow onion, mushrooms, ginger, and garlic
- Cook for about 2 minutes then add the turkey meat to cook for about 5 minutes
- Stir in a bowl equal parts coconut aminos and sriracha. Then add the cilantro
- Once meat is cooked through, add spinach and the sauce to the pan
- Cook for a minute or two until the spinach is wilted and cooked.
- Peel off two decent sized leaves from the butter lettuce bunch. Then set on a plate.
- Portion off the mixture into the two leaves, you may have enough to make a third one!
