Hollandaise Sauce

WHAT YOU NEED: 4 egg yolks 1 tablespoon of lemon juice ½ cup of melted butter Cayenne pepper Salt  Pepper HOW TO MAKE IT: Separate the 4 egg yolks and add to the food processor (or blender). Melt the ½ cup of butter. Add the seasonings and lemon juice. Add the butter. Blend together!
